Farmers & Community

Forty-two farms, ten-year contracts, above fair-trade pay — and a profit-share fund that builds schools, clinics and wells.

Numbers

What we pay, openly.

Our farmgate price is 38% above the Haitian fair-trade average. Pre-harvest financing covers up to 60% of expected yield. End-of-year profit share averages 12% of farm revenue.

Structure

Partners, not buyers.

Every farm signs a multi-year agreement. We commit to volume; they commit to quality. We co-invest in agronomy; they co-own the upside.

  • Annual planning workshops

    Yield, varietal, regenerative practice.

  • Quality bonuses

    Per-batch incentives on fermentation grade.

  • Soil restoration grants

    Compost, cover crops, agroforestry.

  • Youth apprenticeships

    The next generation of growers.

Community projects

What the fund builds.

  • Pam Clinic, Limonade

Free primary care for twelve farming villages.

  • Lakay School Renovation

    Roof, books, solar power.

  • Clean Water at Acul

    Two new wells, completed 2024.

  • Women Growers Fund

    Microloans for women-led farms.
